Ingredients for chicken biryani
- 1 cup boiled basmati rice
- 1/2 teaspoon mint leaves
- Salt as needed
- 2 tablespoons refined oil
- 3 green cardamoms
- 2 living
- 2 onions
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 cup hanging yogurt
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
- Water as needed
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 600 grams of chicken
- 1 tablespoon hot spice powder
- 1 teaspoon saffron
- 1 tablespoon bay leaf.
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 4 green peppers
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Ginger 1/2 tbsp.
- 2 drops of wormwood
- 1 tablespoon rose liquid
Step 1, Prepare saffron water and chop the vegetables.
To make a delicious dish of chicken biryani, first soak
saffron in water and prepare saffron water (one tablespoon of saffron can be
soaked in 1/4 cup of water).So mix kewra drops in water and mix well to make
