- 1 large finely chopped onion
- 2 medium chopped green chilies
- 2 pinches of hot spice powder
- 1 slice of lemon
- 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon green chili sauce
For marinade
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 pinch of turmeric powder
- 2 pinches powdered pepper

- 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup whole purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of water
Step 1

Step 2
Now heat oil in a pan over low heat. Add chopped onion and fry on medium heat till light brown. So add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the marinated chicken pieces. Then mix well, cover, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Keep shaking in the middle. Add half a cup of water.
Step 3
Cover and cook until the chicken is done, stirring in the middle. If the chicken is getting too dry, sprinkle more water. When ready, add hot spice powder. Mix well and remove from heat. Set it aside.
Step 4
For flour, mix all-purpose flowers, vegetable oil, and salt well. Now slowly add water, and knead a very smooth dough. Make 3 or 4 equal-sized balls out of it. On a light surface, roll each ball into a round paratha (thickness should be slightly larger than normal chapatis or bread).
Step 5
Heat a toast over low heat and cook the paratha one by one. Turn over and cook without oil on both sides first (cook for a total of one minute), now add 1 tbsp oil on each side. So turn over and cook until light brown spots appear. Avoid overturning too much as paratha can be hard. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 6
Now on a hot paratha, arrange some cooked chicken pieces in a row (separate this line slightly from the middle). Pour a little lemon juice over the chicken pieces, garnish with some chopped onion, cucumber, and chopped coriander. Add a few drops of tomato ketchup and chili sauce.
Step 7
Roll the paratha tightly and wrap one-half of the roll with tissue paper. Fold the bottom of the tissue paper into a roll. Your street-style 'chicken roll' is ready to eat. Enjoy
