- 1 kg chicken without bones

- 2 1/2 tablespoons gram flour (basin)
- 1 1/2 onions
- 1/2 tablespoon Kasuri methi powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 pinch powdered pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot spice powder
Step 1 Chop the chicken and prepare the marinade.
Wash the boneless chicken and dry it well. Next, cut the chicken into slices. To prepare the marinade, take a large bowl and mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, hot spices, red chili powder, black pepper powder, kasuri fenugreek powder and turmeric in it and mix well.
