  • 1 kg chicken without bones
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon licking spice
  • 1/2 Capsicum (Green Pepper)
  • 3 tablespoons mustard oil
  • 2 pinches turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 cup hanging yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons gram flour (basin)
  • 1 1/2 onions
  • 1/2 tablespoon Kasuri methi powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 pinch powdered pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot spice powder

Step 1 Chop the chicken and prepare the marinade.

Wash the boneless chicken and dry it well. Next, cut the chicken into slices. To prepare the marinade, take a large bowl and mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, hot spices, red chili powder, black pepper powder, kasuri fenugreek powder and turmeric in it and mix well.
